CRM INTEGRATION PROJECT FOR SKYPOINT

The goal of the project was to implement a project to integrate the Zoho cloud product line into the company's current information infrastructure.

The implementation of this system should simplify the company's work and document management.

Two options were proposed to solve the problem: a partial transfer of SkyPoint CRM functionality to Zoho CRM or a complete replacement of SkyPoint CRM functionality with similar Zoho CRM functionality.

Variant 1.

• Preparing a utility for uploading information from Megaplan to a temporary XML storage

• Preparing a utility for loading information into Zoho CRM

• Modification of SkyPoint CRM. Transferring part of the financial module, setting up receiving information from Zoho

• Integration work and fixing migration errors
